I can center pictures in the editor

I can justify text in the editor

as soon as I click on Preview all of the formatting dissapears, the pictures all shift to the left and the text goes back to un-justified.

Is there a way to correct this? I am unsure where to look.

Thank you!

It may be theme related.. the editor tends to add <P> tags to the content for each section of the story and/or content page. Check your style.css file and look for maybe a p{align:left;}
just a guess.

highly recommend the firebug plugin for firefox, you can right click on any area of the page and see the associated style info... so you could try on the preview area and see what is causing the alignment issues.

I checked the theme .css file and there is no entry that looks anything even remotely close to that....

I am using the default theme that installs with 2401 (fisubice).

Can you think of any other suggestions?

----I upgraded the fckeditor to 2.6.6 and that did not resolve the problem either... It happens immediately when i hit preview, so im not sure what files are getting called to generate the preview.

Thank you, I look forward to some more suggestions.

haven't used the review module, took a look at it and it looks as though you are right. Formatting such as
<p style="text-align: center;">
and
<p style="text-align: justify;">
does get stripped out Sad

not sure what the cause is right off hand, maybe someone more familiar with the Reviews module will chime in...?

This happened to me as well, in fact it was the reason why I registered in the forums, see this thread for a solution if anyone is still having this problem.
