nuke 7.6 + forums

I have installed a new database with std. nuke 7.6 (patched and sentinel)
Before i had platinum 7.6 on another database and i liked the "last 5 posts" part when you clicked on forums (it also gave you the option to look at the next 5 as well ,and so on) + this was part of the forums , not on the main homepage.
well now the forums that come with the "std" 7.6 nukw are just not as appealing as i like the last five option.
Is it possible to change over the foums (and if so what do i download and from where)
or do i just have to stick with a last posts centre block for my home page on the main nuke site?

nukeplatinum has many mods installed on his forum. i think that you can easily find the mod on phpbb.com or portedmods.com

in credits.txt of your nukeplatinum you can see all mods installed, with name, authors, website......

Update .........

ok guys got the forums live well and trully now Smile

problem is that some people cannot work the last 5 posts module properly and prefer the origonal "view posts since last visit" option,,but since installing the "at a glance" mod that option no longer works,as it just says "No topics or posts met your search criteria" despite there being "Flagged/unread" posts.
is it possible to have both the origonal and at a glance mod working together ?
or is it either 1 or the other.

I will look into this. Personally I have never used the "view posts since last visit" function so I never thought to test it with the last 5 mod. *LOL*

Ok, I just tested it on both of my sites that use the At a glance (last 5) mod and the view posts since last visit works just fine on both of mine.

ok,,thanks anyway i just tried there myself and mine worked ok,,but yet some members tried and it did not work for them,, i will get them to clear out thier cookies for the site and see if that helps.
