Chatserv has fixed a couple of bugs in his original distribution of the fixpack. I have incorporated those fixes to my virign 6.5 download with the fixpack 4 applied. If you downloaded prior to 10:00 am 7/4/2003 and are experiencing any problems, you might want to download again to see if the problems are now fixed.

PHP 4.3.2 and future releases have modified the fread() function, or as the PHP Developers will state it, all versions of PHP prior to 4.3.1 were broken. Uh-huh. In any event, if you are using PHP 4.3.2 and KISSQ, you may have noticed, as I did, that no news was getting reported. fread() was the cuplrit. This is now fixed and 1 small bug was caught in the process. If you downloaded KISSQ prior to 6/30/2003 12:40 hours, then redownload. The only file you have to replace is the index.php file in the modules/Stock_Quote folder.

Collection of fixes for PHP-Nuke 6.5, they could apply to 6.6 & 6.7 but fixes would have to be done manually. Includes fix list and instructions for making the changes manually for those with modified files that don't want to lose those modifications but includes the modified files as well. Well, I decided to release the topics hack that I am using on my site, yakster.net. This is a simple hack of the PHP-Nuke 6.5 topics module. I found the original Topics module to be very bland looking, so I hacked the module to make it more visually appealing. I know for sure that it works on 6.5 and 6.7 (it might work on other versions)

I have made a tweak to my Real-Time Stats block/module for Nuke v6.5. The module code was expecting the database to be named Nuke or $prefix. I have updated the download, but you only need to replace the index.php file. Get it here.
