Your Info - 404 PAGE NOT FOUND

I put some code in Your_Account to try and get email notifications of new users and ever since then (also getting the security code to work) when I or anyone logs in, they got to the "your info" and click on the radio button and get the subject message

404 page not found... now Ive back tracked and I cant seem to find anything wrong.. then again I am TOTALLY new at php (am a html person)

Two pieces of code have been added (dont know if these are relevant)
Unfortunately since then like I said, cannot access my info in my controls
1. Security code script (chaning the number in gfx)
2. Show right column

Hi Hitwalker, have fixed the problem, just put a new index.php in Your_Account. (the infor page in everyones acount shows now.

*Now if only I could get an email from someone about email notification of new members*
