Smile Hi!
I have successfully installed the Raven Nuke 2.30.02 and moved my old php nuke users databse and forums database over to RNuke and everything was working fine.
right until the moment i enabled ShortLinks.
Now the shortlinks are working like a breeze but i can not post any new story or message from Admin panel .
siteurl/admin.php?op=adminStory
siteurl/admin.php?op=messages

the text fields are simple white boxes where i cant type anything.
Wondering what went wrong. Hope its nothing too serious as i am planning to migrate from phpnuke to raven nuke once all the module datas are transferred.
Thank you for reading ..

update: I disabled the fcked editor from rnconfig.php file and now the blank white boxes are not there no more , i can finally put the text in text field but the microsoft word like editing feature provided by the fcked editor has gone too .. but at least i can make new stories and messages though.
wonder if its something serious..

thank you for your prompt response

no i tried it .. it dont work either .. basically its not just the admin area text field .. any text field in any module where you have text input for example review , footer1 footer2 in preference nothing is working.
wonder what could have gone wrong
(apart from forums .)

basically any text field all over the site where it used to show options to enter texts with ms word kind of controls is no longer visible.. i think it runs on some kind of javascript .. i dont know if i have not uploaded the javascript file or some other files ..
i could check the folder if someone could point out what file can cause missing text field all over

i think the part of site in includes/fcked editor is responsible for the text fields ,,
is there any method i can fix this blank text field error .. the site itself doesnt show any error just the text fields turned into a white square box ,, Bang Head

This usually happens when there are files missing, or they have been uploaded via the FTP client in the wrong format.

I would suggest re-uploading the FCKEditor files, as I think this is where the problem lies. In binary format.

If that doesn't work, make sure you don't have a browser plug-in disabling javascript.
