Ok around that text there is that border. I want to have my header there and in a different one of those boxes have my content. How do i creat those boxes around the text.

Also what are they called? im not sure of the name.

What part makes the box around the text?

Probably OpenTable() CloseTable() right there. You can do borders with with inline styles really this is pretty basic html and can be found quickly with a google search. There are literally thousands of good results for html css style and inline style tips and tricks.
