Forum Permissions Admin Can't see hidden forums in drop down

I run...

php-Nuke 7.5 w/2.9 patch
2.0.10 phpbb
Many mods

When I go to Forum Permissions in the admin section the drop down box shows only non-hidden forums.

Any Ideas?

You might have a mix of BBtoNuke files, Nuke Patched 2.9 came with a forum version newer than 2.0.10
