I recently installed version 440 on my PhpNuke 7.6 web site and for the most part it has been working most excellent.

However, one of my users who is overseas is complaining about getting a blank page whenever he tries to log in. He says the URL that he gets redirected to is ".../modules.php" which is of course wrong.

When I try to do his account login from my computer it works fine.

Any ideas on what is going on? He was able to login just fine before my CNBYA install.

Welcome. Ask him to clear cache and cookies and try again.

Already done. Smile I'm assuming he did it correctly of course but it didn't appear to fix anything.

What I've tried today is something that was referenced in the readme.txt file:

Quote:
2. Notes
--------
On some servers you will get a blank page or a loop after using the forms. If this should
happen open the files in a text editor and replace all 'Header("Location: ' with
'Header("Refresh: 0; url=' (without the ' marks) and save the files. Then reupload them.

I'll find out tomorrow hopefully whether that worked or not.

Yep, that was there. Admittedly it was a long shot and, sure enough, it didn't appear to fix the problem. I'll have to see if I can get more information from him that might shed some more light on the problem.
