New admin section for BBtoNuke Forums for PHP-Nuke 7.5

Just upload the files preserving the folder structure, basically the files go to modules/Forums/admin

Delete the old forum admin files:
admin/case/case.forums.php
admin/links/links.forums.php
admin/modules/forums.php

The new files use the SCRIPT_NAME method, should you have any problems change that to PHP_SELF
specially if running php as cgi.

The updated versions include bug fixes and vulnerability patches that have been released after these hacks were created, these are designed for sites running core PHP-Nuke files or PHP-NUke Patched 2.4 or earlier, those using PHP-NUke Patched 2.5 must replace PHP_SELF with SCRIPT_NAME in the files for them to work.
